WEATHER UPDATE: Due to forecasted heavy rainfall for Friday, the Homecoming Alumni Lawn Party, Homecoming Parade and Homecoming Pep Rally have been canceled. The Homecoming football game against Appalachian State is scheduled for an 11 a.m. kickoff on Saturday at Ladd-Peebles Stadium.

Homecoming 2019: The Final Countdown!
Save the date for Homecoming 2019! Homecoming at South Alabama is the university's annual tradition that brings together our community of student, faculty, staff, alumni and fans to celebrate Jaguar pride and spirit. The experience features a lineup of events that will unite the Jaguar community to participate in exciting activities! The Homecoming festivities will commence Saturday at Ladd-Peebles Stadium when our football team battles against Appalachian State University!
Homecoming Parade
Parade will take place on October 25th at 6 pm. The parade will begin at the Administration Bldg. Parking Lot and will end at Mitchell Center Dr. Line up will begin at 5:15 pm in the Admin Parking Lot. Sign Up for Homecoming Parade.
Office Decorating Contest
Get into the Homecoming spirit by participating in the Homecoming Office Decorating Contest. This contest is open to any USA department or Organization. All Offices must be completed by Monday, October 21. Enter Office Decorating Contest.
Movie Night: “US”
Time: 7:30 p.m.
Location: Student Center Ballroom
Join SGA at the Student Center Ballroom for the showing of the movie US. Join us on this first night of homecoming with food, fun, and thrillers. Be sure to bring a lawn chair, towel, or blanket to sit on during the showing of the movie.
BSU Day Party (Darty)

To open Homecoming Week, we are starting with everyone’s traditional program, Junk the Jungle! Junk the Jungle will take place in the traffic circle and students are encouraged to toss tissue in “the jungle.”

Battle of the DJ’s is an event that gives DJ’s in the Alabama area and an opportunity to show their skills off in front of the students at USA. The winning DJ will receive a cash prize of $350, the title of “Hottest DJ in the South, and they will be invited back to DJ Collegiate 100’s annual party Jammie Jam.
